Project Warm-up

Project Warm-up!

Rocky View ATA#35 is launching a three-week blitz to collect new items for Inn from the Cold in Calgary as our Project Warm Up initiative.

Inn from the Cold is a Calgary-based organization that supports families in communities in and around Calgary.

They are currently in need of new toques, scarves, mitts, and socks, for everyone from babies to adults.

This initiative is directed at ATA members, but support staff may contribute, as well.

Bring the listed items to your school between November 13th to December 1st.

The items will will be boxed and labeled with your school name, number of teachers in your school, and the total number of items in the box (pairs are one item), and brought to any of the Rocky View Learning Connection campuses in Airdrie, Chestermere, or Cochrane by Wednesday, December 6.

The school donating the most items per teacher will have its staff featured in a photo in Rocky View Local 35's holiday greeting to be published in local community newspapers across Rocky View.

Please give generously, and help us to help those who are less fortunate stay warm this winter season.
